Wedgwood Majolica butterfly & insect reticulated plate
Victorian, circa 1875. 8.7ins high, 8.7ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features butterflies, insects and blossom. Colouration: cream, ochre, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1875.

Good. Slight wear to gilt borders.
Some wear to interior.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze pop to the rim.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to rim.
