Wedgwood Majolica butterfly & insect reticulated plate
Victorian, circa 1875. 0.9ins high, 0.9ins wide, 0.7ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features butterflies, insects and blossom. Cream ground version. Colouration: cream, ochre, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1003 6'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1875.
