Majolica Owl Pitcher

Victorian, circa 1880. 9.8ins high, 6.5ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Majolica jug/pitcher which features an owl resting amongst some bulrushes.

Colouration: brown, pink, green, are predominant.

CONDITION: Good. KILN EFFECTS: some firing cracks around the lower base edge;

glaze run to the brown and green glazes.

RESTORATION. Retouched flake to wing.
