Small Mintons Majolica cat pitcher with pewter lid

Victorian, circa 1875. 4.6ins high, 4.3ins wide, 2ins depth.

Mintons Majolica jug/pitcher with lid which features a cat.



Colouration: cream, brown, green, are predominant.











The piece bears maker's marks for the Mintons pottery. Bears a pattern number, '3013'.

Condition

Generally good. Slight wear to to thumb piece.



RESTORATION: sections to handle,



chip to base edge and sections to cat's head reglued and joins retouched.
