Hugo Lonitz Majolica partridge centrepiece
Victorian, circa 1880. 12.9ins high, 8.7ins wide, 6.3ins depth. Lonitz Majolica cache pot stand which features partridges in front of reeds and an oak tree. Colouration: green, brown, cream, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Lonitz pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1204'.

Slight wear from use.
KILN EFFECTS: faint, over glazed shrinkage lines to the spiky leaves;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the acorn leaves.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to front of base.
Retouched flake to one beak.
