Minton Majolica bowl/dish

Victorian, circa 1862. 2.4ins high, 11.5ins wide, 11.5ins depth. Minton Majolica bowl which features an oriental motif to the centre. Colouration: green, ochre, brown, are predominant.





Bears a pattern number, '12 617'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1862.

CONDITION: Generally good. No restoration. Scratches from use.
Some wear to interior.













KILN EFFECTS: two over glazed chips to the foot rim.
