Minton Majolica blue tit nut dish (Wilbraham tray)
Victorian, circa 1870. 3.5ins high, 8.3ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Minton Majolica dish which features a blue tit perched on a branch.
Colouration: green, grey, blue, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1331'.

CONDITION: Generally good.
Small flake to rim.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the interior;
flecks of stray coloured glaze to the blue tit's chest.
RESTORATION: Remodelled tail.
