Pair WMF pine cone & leaf candlesticks

Circa 1910. 5.5 ins high,. Pair WMF pine cone and leaf candlesticks. Four footed base has stylised pine cones and leaves embossed.





Pierced arm sweeps up at the rear.









Impressed maker's mark for WMF inside the bases, impressed B (Britannia-metal, a tin and antimony alloy), OX (Oxidised) and pattern number '329'.









Similar piece illustrated on page 115, 'Art Nouveau Domestic Design from Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik' published by the 'Antique Collectors Club'.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration or repairs. Dents and scatches to top of sconces from use.





Some wear, tarnishing and scratches to the metal body.

















A few small dents to the bases.
