WMF Art Nouveau Holly Claret Jug/Pitcher

Circa 1910. 14.25ins high by 6ins wide. WMF claret jug/pitcher in the Art Nouveau style, with holy decoration to the spout and handle. Handle, thumb piece and flip lid.









Impressed 'WMF 'ostrich mark, 'B' - Britannia metal, 'I/O' -normal thickness of plating/gilding and 'OX'- Oxidised to the underside.

Condition

Generally good. No restoration.

Scratches, wear and tarnishing to the plating (which is almost completely rubbed away).







A few dents to the lid.
