Staffordshire russet & white cow creamer
Victorian, circa 1900. 4.5ins high, 6.7ins wide, 3.3ins depth.
Staffordshire cow creamer with a pastoral theme which features a cow, stood on an oval base.
Russet and white version. Bright gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Hole with cover to cow's back.
Mouth forms a pouring hole.

Condition
Creamer: Good. No restoration. Small chip to right horn.
Some small flakes to horns and ears.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln soot caught in the glaze to the ground;
kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the cow and base;
over glazed chips to the base edge.
Cover: Good. No restoration.
Slight wear.
