Victorian, circa 1860. 4.8ins high, 3.2ins wide, 2.3ins depth. Staffordshire spill vase which features a sheep, stood on an oval base. White and gilt version. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.

Small chip to underside base edge at reverse.
Two small flakes to lower base edge.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: slight staining to base at side and reverse;
shrinkage crack to underside.
RESTORATION: one branch remodelled;
other branch reglued and join retouched, and has remodelled shredded clay;
