pre-Victorian, circa 1820. 5.9ins high, 6.3ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Staffordshire pearlware cow creamer with a pastoral theme which features a milkmaid kneeling before a cow, stood on a shaped base. Multi-coloured version.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Hole with cover to cow's back. Mouth forms a pouring hole.

Chip to underside, not visible when sat on a flat surface.
Some flakes to edge of hole,
cow's rump
and base edge.
RESTORATION: Remodelled tail,
horns, ears
and section of base behind cow.
Stabilised and retouched cracks to both front legs.
