Victorian, circa 1880. Tallest is 9.4ins high, 4.3ins wide, 6.1ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a pug, seated directly on the ground, no base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to the underside.

CONDITION: Left facing: Good.
A few paint losses to muzzle and paws.
Gilt entirely rubbed away.
A few scratches to hind leg,
tail and back.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the left side of neck.
RESTORATION: Left front leg reglued and join retouched.
Right facing: Good. No restoration.
A few paint losses to muzzle and paws.
Gilt entirely rubbed away.
Some scratches to back and sides.
KILN EFFECTS: over glazed shrinkage line to the pug's right side.
