Staffordshire spaniel head money box
Victorian, circa 1890. 4.1ins high, 4.9ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Staffordshire money box which features a spaniel's head, resting directly on the ground, no base.
White and gilt version. Bright gilt embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Condition
Good. No restoration.
Small flake to reverse of right ear.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: touch mark to the right eye;
kiln soot caught in the glaze to the top of spaniels' head.
