Staffordshire tiger figure
Victorian, circa 1860. 6.3ins high, 5.7ins wide, 2.4ins depth.
Staffordshire figure which features a tiger, stood on a shaped base.
Decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the reverse.

Condition
Good. Tiny chip to vent hole at reverse.
Some paint losses to ground.
KILN EFFECT: piece of kiln detritus caught inside causing piece to rattle.
RESTORATION: stabilised and retouched hairline to tiger's right hind leg.
Retouched chip to tiger's right ear.
Retouched paint loss to tiger's left ear.
