Small Staffordshire Pearlware John Wesley bust

Staffordshire pearlware bust which features John Wesley, resting on a plinth base. Multi-coloured version.

Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Open bottomed.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. Some small flakes to his nose, hair and lower base edge.

KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the plinth.

RESTORATION: Retouched paint loss to the black enamel.
