Pair Staffordshire Disraeli legs-free spaniels

Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 6.7ins high, 5.9ins wide, 3.1ins depth.





Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a Disraeli spaniel with both front legs free, seated directly on the ground, no base. Black and white version.





Dull gilt embellishment. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Right facing: Good. Chip to the underside.



Minor scratches to the front and reverse.









KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the front and reverse.







RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched crack to left front leg.



Filled chip to right front paw.



Retouched flake to right eyebrow.



Left facing: Good. Minor scratches to the front and reverse.
