Staffordshire girl & boy harvesters spill vase
Victorian, circa 1870. 7.9ins high, 4.6ins wide, 2ins depth. Staffordshire spill vase with a pastoral theme which features a girl and boy, each with a sheaf of wheat, stood on an oval base.
Multi-coloured version. Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Flatback, decorated only to the front.

Condition
CONDITION: Good. No restoration.
Small paint losses to her apron,
sheaf,
scythe,
and their hair.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze miss to his knee;
shrinkage line to top of her hat;
the piece has an uneven base causing the figure to rock slightly when placed on a flat surface.
