Staffordshire russet & white cow creamer

Victorian, circa 1900. 4.3ins high, 7.1ins wide, 3.3ins depth.

Staffordshire cow creamer with a pastoral theme which features a cow, stood on an oval base.

Russet and white version. Bright gilt base line and embellishment.



Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.



Hole with cover to cow's back.





Mouth forms a pouring hole.

Creamer: Good. No restoration.

Some small flakes to ears and horns.





A few paint losses to markings, tail and ears.









Slight rubbing to gilt.



KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the cow and ground.
