Victorian, circa 1870. 9.6ins high, 7.1ins wide, 3.5ins depth. Holdcroft Majolica jug/pitcher which features a bear holding a drum and drumsticks behind his head. Colouration: brown, turquoise, cobalt blue, are predominant.

Shallow chip to under top lip (does not catch your eye).
Light scratches to the handle.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the exterior.
