Majolica sardine box which features three fish laying on a pineapple pattern ground.

Colouration: ochre, green, grey, are predominant.

Dish: Good. No restoration. Hairline to rim.

One under rim chip.

Slight wear and flaking around the rim.

KILN EFFECTS: staining to craze lines to interior and underside.

Cover: Good. No restoration. Chip to flange.

Some small flakes to the rim.

Slight wear to fish finial.
