Victorian, circa 1870. 2.6ins high, 4.3ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Minton Majolica sweetmeat dish which features a nest supported by acorn leaves and acorns. Colouration: brown, green, brown, are predominant.

Tight hairline to rim, only present on inside of the bowl.



KILN EFFECTS: glaze accumulation to the leaves;





flecks of stray coloured glaze to the interior.
