Victorian, circa 1866. 8.7ins high, 8.7ins wide, 0.7ins depth.
Wedgwood Majolica plate which features a Greek key reticulated border.
Mottled ground version. Colouration: brown, green, ochre, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1866.
