Victorian, circa 1873. 3.5ins high, 8.1ins wide, 0.8ins depth. George Jones Majolica plate which features a lily pad and flowers.

Colouration: green, white, ochre, are predominant.

English diamond registration mark for the date 26/03/1873.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Some wear to the front and lilies.

KILN EFFECTS: a few tiny specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the front and reverse;

flecks of stray coloured glaze to the front;

stilt marks to the reverse, with associated flake.
