Majoca frog seated on a lily pad

Victorian, circa 1870. 2.8ins high, 4.1ins wide, 4.7ins depth. Majolica figural which features a frog seated on a lily pad.

Colouration: green, brown, cream, are predominant.

Bears a pattern number, '18'.

CONDITION: Good. KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the brown glaze;

small firing pit to the lily pad;

thin glaze application to the underside.

RESTORATION: Filled chip to rim and base.
