Majolica tree trunk spill vase

Victorian, circa 1870. 8.7ins high, 4.5ins wide, 4.1ins depth. Majolica spill vase which features a tree trunk.

Colouration: brown, ochre, turquoise, are predominant.

CONDITION: Generally good.

Some wear to the rim.

KILN EFFECTS: over glazed shrinkage lines to the underside.

RESTORATION: Filled chips to the base.

Retouched flakes to the rim and bark.
