Majolica bird posy vase

Victorian, circa 1880. 5.6ins high, 3ins wide, 2.4ins depth. Majolica posy holder which features a bird perched on a rocky mound in front of a trumpet-shaped flower.



Colouration: brown, green, pink, are predominant.

Good. KILN EFFECTS: a number of small firing pits to the ground, bird and flower;









thin glaze application to interior.



RESTORATION: Filled chip to rim.
