Victorian, circa 1858. 7.5ins high, 4.7ins wide, 3.9ins depth. Minton Majolica jug/pitcher which features blackberries.
Colouration: turquoise, green, brown, are predominant.
Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1858.

Condition
CONDITION: Generally good. Wear to the high points of the molding.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the green and blue glaze;
thin glaze application to turquoise ground.
RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched hairlines to the rim.
Stabilised and retouched crack to the top of the handle.
Retouched bruise to base rim.
