Victorian, circa 1873. 6.7ins high, 7.5ins wide, 5.5ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica jug/pitcher which features a fruiting and flowering blackberry branch. Cobalt blue ground version. Colouration: green, brown, turquoise, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1411'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1873.
