Majolica lily pad & flower candle holder

Victorian, circa 1870. 3.1ins high, 7.5ins wide, 5.1ins depth. Majolica candlestick holder which features a lily pad and flower.





Colouration: green, brown, white, are predominant.

CONDITION: Generally good. Small flake to one leaf around flower.



Bruise to rim.



Staining from use.







KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln soot caught in the glaze to the interior.







RESTORATION: Filled chips to petals and rim.











Retouched flakes to rim.
