Majolica Palissy fish on cabbage leaf plate

Victorian, circa 1890. 7.7ins high, 10.4ins wide, 2ins depth. Portuguese Palissy Majolica dish which features three fish on a cabbage leaf.

Colouration: green, dark blue, silver are predominant.

CONDITION: Generally good.

Flaking to the silver decoration.

Some wear to the underside.

RESTORATION: Filled chips to the rim

and one fish's tail.
