George Jones Majolica basket which features a border of flowers. Turquoise ground version. Colouration: ochre, green, pink, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery. Bears a pattern number, '2252'.

CONDITION: Generally good. Crack to the rim.

Two tight hairlines to rim.

Small chip to the rim.

Some small flakes to interior.

Wear to the high points of the molding.

RESTORATION: Old stabilised and retouched cracks to the handle.
