Antonio Alves Cunha Portuguese Palissy Majolica toothpick holder which features a pig eating from a trough.
Colouration: brown, green, yellow, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Antonio Alves Cunha pottery.

Condition
CONDITION: Good. Some small flakes to the rim of the trough and upper base edge.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the brown glaze;
a few shrinkage cracks and staining to the interior of the trough.
RESTORATION: Tail remodelled.
Filled chip to two corners of trough.
