WMF maiden card tray

20thC. 1.75ins high by 13ins wide. WMF visting card tray. Decorated in relief with a maiden rises and leaves.









Maker's marks including impressed 'WMF', 'B' and 'AS'.



Illustrated on page 170, catalogue number 290, 'Art Nouveau Domestic Design from Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik' published by the 'Antique Collectors Club'.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good. Crack to maiden's neck and left arm.







A few scratches, small dents and tarnishing to interior.










Restoration: Repaired crack to her skirt and to flower petal, not noticable to front.
