WMF Double Fruit or Sweet Dish with Maiden handle

Circa 1910. 4ins high, 12ins wide, 6.5ins deep. WMF fruit (or sweet) dish with leaves and sinuous foliage and cherries to the dish.



An outstretched maiden forms the handle.





Four small round feet underneath along with impressed WMF ostrich mark, 'B' - Britannia-metal, a tin and antimony alloy, 'OX' - oxidised and catalogue number '80'.

Condition

Generally good. No repairs.

Scratches and wear from use.









A tiny split to the back edge (5mm).
