WMF Maiden Wall Plaque

Circa 1910. 12.5ins diameter.



WMF Art Nouveau style circular silver plated wall plaque. Decorated in relief with a maiden, surrounded by grapes and grapevines, with flowers around the edge.



Hanging hook to the reverse.





Impressed maker's marks on the rim 'WMF', 'EP' - Electro-plated, and 'as' - antique silver finish.



Illustrated on page 312, catalogue number 231a, 'Art Nouveau Domestic Design from Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik' published by the 'Antique Collectors Club'.

CONDITION: .Generally good. No restoration. No significant dents.
Wear and scratches to front and reverse.



















Some tarnishing to reverse.



Hanging hook is sturdy and in good condition.
