WMF fairy double photo frame

Circa 1910. 7.25ins high. WMF double photo frame with central maiden, dressed in a flowing robe.



Flowers and a central star decorate the top. Silver plated with an old silver finish.



Removable back with foldable stand.



Inscription to front reads 'Minne till Manna a Pappa' and 'fran forlofringsdagen'.





Maker's marks impressed to the underside 'WMFB' and 'OX' (Oxidised).



Illustrated on page 305, 'Art Nouveau Domestic Design from Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik' published by the 'Antique Collectors Club'.

Condition

Good. Some tarnishing.



A few light scratches to the front.



Central star to top is bent over.
