Staffordshire pastille burner which features a central chimney and blue shredded clay decoration to the roof and ground, stood on a shaped base. Multi-coloured version. Dull gilt embellishment. Decorated mainly to the front.

CONDITION: Good. Small chip to shredded clay to the ground and two small chips to lower base edge.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln soot caught in the glaze; notable crazing;
two small over glazed chip to base edge.
RESTORATION: retouched paint losses to door, ground and leaves.
