Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 6.1ins high, 4.9ins wide, 2.4ins depth.
Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a spaniel and pup, seated on an oblong base. Russet, black and white version. Dull gilt base line.
Flatback, decorated only to the front.
Vent hole to the underside.

Condition
Right facing: Good. No restoration.
Some rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln grit caught in the glaze to the pup and base;
kiln soot caught in the glaze to the reverse.
Left facing: Generally good.
Some rubbing to gilt.
Some wear to base and spaniel's head.
KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln grit caught in the glaze to the pup.
RESTORATION: filled chip to base.
