Staffordshire couple & deer clock group

Victorian, circa 1860. 11.6ins high, 9.4ins wide, 3ins depth. Staffordshire clock group which features a couple stood either side of the clock with a deer below,
stood on a rectangular base. Multi-coloured version.



Dull gilt base line and embellishment.



Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.





Vent hole to the reverse.

Condition

CONDITION:Generally good.

Very slight rubbing to gilt.





Slight wear to his trousers.



KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack under his left and rights arms;







touch mark to his neck;



shrinkage lines to her neck



and right side and just below jug.





RESTORATION. Remodelled deer's left ear.



Retouching to spout on jug,





leaves and shoes.
