Small Staffordshire Pearlware 'The Dandies' figures
pre-Victorian, circa 1820. 3.7ins high, 2.6ins wide, 1.8ins depth. Staffordshire pearlware figure which features 'The Dandies', stood on a shaped hollow base.
Multi-coloured version. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Good. Small flake to his nose and right sleeve.
Small flake to base.
KILN EFFECTS: overglazed flake to her coat;
flecks of stray coloured glaze to their clothes and one to her nose;
shrinkage line to the base on the side.
RESTORATION: Old retouching to the base and his hat.
