Staffordshire seated 'Lord Wellington' titled figure

Victorian, circa 1860. 12ins high, 4.9ins wide, 6.7ins depth. Staffordshire figure with a political theme which features Wellington in a chair, seated on a rectangular base. The piece is titled, 'Wellington'. Multi-coloured version. Dull gilt title and embellishment. Flatback, decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the reverse.

A few paint losses to red trim on chair.





Some rubbing to gilt.



RESTORATION. Head reglued and join retouched.
