Staffordshire figure which features a girl with a zebra carrying fruit baskets in front of a spill, stood on an oval base. Multi-coloured with underglaze blue version. Bright gilt base line and embellishment.
Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.

Condition
Good. No restoration.
Some small flakes to brim of girl's hat and top of spill.
Minor paint loss to girl's hair and zebra's nose.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: notable crazing;
shrinkage lines to the base edge;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the reverse;
shrinkage line along the mold join to the left side of the spill.
