Pair Minton secessionist style vases

Victorian, circa 1900. Tallest is 10.6ins high, 3.5ins wide, 3.5ins depth.



Pair of Minton Secessionist style vases which feature sylised leaves and branches over rolling waves. Colouration: cream, brown, blue, pink, are predominant.





The piece bears makers marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '3336'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1898. Book reference not found.






Condition

Vase 1: Good.

Some small flakes to the underside and above the base.





Slight wear to rim.





Kiln effects: glaze run to the brown glazes.



Stabilized and retouched crack to rim.



Vase 2: Good. No restoration.
