Victorian, circa 1885. 14.6ins high, 13.8ins wide, 8.7ins depth.
Gustafsberg Majolica centrepiece bowl which features two putti seated below the floral swagged bowl with lion head masks to either ends and picture panels to the centre on both sides.
Colouration: turquoise, green, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Gustafsberg pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1885.

CONDITION: Fair. Chipped finger to putti's left hand.
Some small flakes to floral swags;
notable crazing.
RESTORATION; Old restoration: one putti has left ankle and both arms remodelled,
the other putti has end of left foot, left arm, right forearm remodelled.
Top has been reglued and join retouched around the turquoise band below the bowl.
