Sarreguemines Majolica 'Judy' Toby jug

Victorian, circa 1880. 11.6ins high, 6.3ins wide, 5.3ins depth. Sarreguemines Majolica jug/pitcher which features Judy.

Colouration: violet, brown, turquoise, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Sarreguemines pottery. Bears a pattern number, '343'.

Slight wear to the brim of her hat and her eyes.

KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to her skirt.

RESTORATION. Filled large chip to brim of hat.
