Pair Staffordshire Pottery Black & White Spaniels

Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 7.7ins high, 5.5ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire Pottery dog figures which feature seated spaniels. Black and white version.

Dull gilt collar and locket.

Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Right facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: craze lines to the reverse; touch mark to the reverse.

Left facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: enlarged firing hole to the reverse;

some bubbles and roughness to the glaze application to patches of the black.
