
Victorian, circa 1850. 9.4ins high, 12.2ins wide, 10.8ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery porcellaneous pastille burner which features a country cottage embellished with flowers.
The house has stairs leading up to the front door, with an arbour arching overhead.
The lid lifts off, revealing the pastille holder, surrounded by 'water-effect' painted ground.
Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
CONDITION: Cover: Generally good. RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched firing cracks to join seams.

Filled chips to a few flowers.
