Circa 1890. 8.7ins high, 8.7ins wide, 1.4ins depth. Jose A Cunha Portuguese Palissy Majolica wall plate which features a frog, snake, lizard, beetle and moths. Scalloped rim.

Colouration: green, grey, brown, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Jose A Cunha pottery.

Condition

CONDITION: Very Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage cracks to the lizards legs.
