
Victorian, circa 1875. 11.4ins high, 11.4ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica oyster plate which features twelve wells modelled as fish heads, surrounding a central white well.
Brown ground molded as fish scales.
Colouration: green, brown, yellow, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery.
CONDITION: Good. Kiln effect: thin glaze application on areas of the rim.
RESTORATION. Filled chip to underneath the rim.
